Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
If you aren't familiar with SEO, then here's a brief description, although for more detail please visit our SEO Page. SEO is the process used to increase a web site's ranking on search engine's like Google and Yahoo for specific keywords. For example, if you have a Bed and Breakfast business in Tewkesbury, the site would be optimised towards search terms like "B & B in Tewkesbury".
SEO will increase the number of relevant customers to your site. A local Bed and Breakfast company receives 70% of business through the web site.
All our sites are search engine friendly but SEO involves much more work. The advantages of achieving the 1st page on Google for the correct keywords are huge. What is included in the SEO option?
- Edit your text to include links and highlight crucial keywords
- Important header tags added throughout the site
- Monitoring
- Statistics (e.g. Google Analytics) allowing continued optimisation
The longer a site has been existence the higher it tends to be in the rankings on search engines. As there are over 100 000 parameters built into some search engines, there are no guarentees as to how to achieve the top positions. However, by using SEO there is a much greater chance that you will receive many more visitors.
The statistics provided will give your business powerful information such as how long are visitors remaining on your site, how they are finding you, what keywords they are using, exit and entry pages.
Premium Web Site - Add £300
This option is more about achieving the complete "look and feel" that you require. Designs will be produced based upon your specification, and you will be able to provide feedback so that the website is produced exactly to your requirements.
For example, as it is made entirely to your specifications and to suit your business needs, you may choose to brand the site to match your logo design, a complete new look, or to match your company colours.

PPC (Pay per Click)
Google AdWords management
We believe that Google adwords is the most powerful marketing tool on the planet. By setting up a PPC campaign for you, your site can appear on the first page of Google for the keywords of your choice. As long as you are prepared to pay more per click than other companies for a particular search term, you will achieve that all important position on the first page of Google. You must also meet Google's basic requirements, these include things like not bidding on company names. It is also important to link to a web page that is relevant to your keyword search term.
For example, if you have a hotel business in Cheltenham, an obvious search term would be "Hotels in Cheltenham". By using PPC, you can instantly appear on Google for this search term. The cost you pay for this is determined on a "per click" basis; which is why this kind of marketing is called "Pay Per Click" or "PPC".
When setting up a PPC campaign for you, we would discuss then research your target market, then add a number of relevant search terms to your campaign. Depending on your business type there may be any thing from 30 - 1000 keywords. The campaign needs to be monitored to establish not just the most clicked on keywords but also which keywords provide the highest conversion. You don't want to spend on click throughs that are not converting to your business requirements. For example, most business websites have at least one conversion goal. This may be anything from selling an item on an e-commerce website to the website visitor comlpeting a contact us form on a services website. The keyword search terms that your business would be most interested in are those achieving the maximum conversion at the minimum cost.
PPC is a science in itself and an almost invaluable marketing tool. However, there is no substitute for organic search engine optimisation (SEO) because a well optimised web site will appear on the top page of Google and aside from the initial cost of the web site and the initial cost of the optimisation there are no ongoing costs. Your website can be continually improved to increase visitors, this is another service we offer. No website leaves our offices without the minimal of SEO.
